I needed to wait for the car and me experience was very comfortable. A large enough room so as no one feels cramped. Personalized updates and even a video of the underside of the car because I had an incident and ran over an elevated median - I was concerned that I did some damage. Kept me informed and was very customer focused. Thanks for a job all the way around, well done.

Very friendly kind

It was OK. I realized when I got back home that I did not get a copy of the paperwork. I would appreciate getting one, even though I was not charged. I like to have a record that the work was done.

Rod is one of the best salesmen. Never felt pressured into buying and had patience with me making a decision. Once everything was done he helped set everything up in the car with my phone and the app.

I had many questions going into my purchase and Rod helped me work though my thoughts and Questions. I'm pleased with the purchase I have made.
